Vita AI — a guided decision partner that helps users turn intent into action when they feel unsure, unmotivated, or overwhelmed. Rather than replacing core flows, it enhances them by reducing planning effort.

Case study

Problem

Existing wellness apps overwhelm users with data, or disconnect habit tracking from emotional context. Users needed something clearer: a place to build habits, track daily actions, discover new routines, and understand how habits connect to their mood.

Approach

One system combining three needs: a to-do list for daily habits, app-suggested routines to discover new behaviors, and AI support that personalizes recommendations to the user's goals.

What I designed

  • Onboarding with goal / preference questions for a personalized plan from day one.
  • Dashboard with a daily plan, mood check-in, and summary metrics — without overwhelming.
  • An AI assistant that suggests habits with one-tap “Add to Today”.
  • Discover (Nutrition / Sleep / Mind / Fitness) and a profile with streaks and mood-linked trends.

Outcome

A cohesive wellness app that felt approachable, not clinical — users could track daily actions, discover new habits, and see the link between their behavior and emotional state, encouraging long-term consistency.
